Description

Polypropylene belt

Polypropylene woven straps are made of polypropylene (PP) fibers. Polypropylene is a synthetic fiber material known for its high strength, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance. It exhibits excellent weather resistance and chemical stability, making it suitable for various industrial applications.

Thickness: The thickness of polypropylene woven straps varies according to specific application requirements, typically falling within the following ranges:
  • Thin: Usually ranging from 0.5 millimeters to 1.5 millimeters, suitable for light applications such as packaging and decoration.
  • Medium: Typically ranging from 1.5 millimeters to 3 millimeters, suitable for medium-strength bundling and fixing industrial purposes.
  • Thick: Usually 3 millimeters or above, suitable for heavy-duty applications requiring higher strength and abrasion resistance, such as bundling goods and construction.

Polypropylene woven straps have the following characteristics:

  1. High Strength: Polypropylene fibers provide high strength, capable of bearing heavy loads, suitable for various heavy-duty applications.
  2. Abrasion Resistance: With good abrasion resistance, it is not easily affected by external friction and wear, maintaining long-term stable service life.
  3. Lightweight: Compared to metal materials, polypropylene woven straps are lighter and easier to carry and use, without increasing transportation burden.
  4. Chemical Resistance: Polypropylene fibers exhibit excellent chemical stability, resistant to chemicals, acids, and alkalis, suitable for use in various harsh environments.
  5. Environmentally Friendly: Polypropylene woven straps can be recycled and reused, reducing resource waste, and meeting environmental requirements.
