Description
Polypropylene belt is mainly made of polypropylene fiber, a synthetic fiber with good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance. It is usually made from polypropylene particles through extrusion, drawing, spinning and other processes. Polypropylene belt has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, stretch resistance, and anti-aging. It shows good performance in various environments, especially in humid environments or chemically corrosive situations.

Polypropylene belt characteristic

  • Lightweight and wear-resistant: Polypropylene belt is very light, easy to carry and use, and has good wear resistance, and can withstand long-term use without being easy to wear.
  • Corrosion resistance: Due to the stable chemical properties of polypropylene fiber, polypropylene webbing has excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in various environmental conditions.
  • Stretch resistance: Polypropylene webbing has excellent tensile resistance and can withstand large tensile forces without being easily deformed or broken.
  • Aging resistance: In harsh environments such as sunlight, moisture, and high temperatures, polypropylene webbing can maintain stability for a long time and is not easily affected by aging.

Polypropylene belt process

  1. Extrusion: Heat the polypropylene pellets to a molten state, and extrude the molten polypropylene into a ribbon through an extruder.
  2. Drawing: Extruded molten polypropylene is drawn through a die into filaments.
  3. Spinning: Spinning the drawn polypropylene filament into polypropylene fiber to form the finished polypropylene webbing.
  4. Dyeing and processing: As needed, polypropylene webbing can be dyed, printed or otherwise processed to meet different usage needs. use:
  5. Packaging industry: used for packaging goods, fixing boxes, bundling items, and as part of packaging materials.
  6. Transportation industry: As a cargo fixing belt, it is used for slings, binding ropes, etc. to ensure the safety of goods during transportation.
  7. Agriculture: Used as agricultural ropes and gardening ropes, such as fixing plants, building plant supports, etc. Industry: Used for binding and fixing mechanical equipment, and other industrial purposes.
  8. Construction industry: Used as construction safety belts, guardrail nets, and other construction projects.
  9. Sports and entertainment: used for sports equipment and entertainment activities, such as climbing ropes, tent brackets, etc.
