Pre-oxidized pan and para aramid blended yarn

Pre-oxidized yarn and para-aramid blended yarn is made of pre-oxidized polyacrylonitrile and para-aramid as raw materials through ring spinning. Polyacrylonitrile pre-oxidized fiber is referred to as pre-oxidized fiber or Panox  or OX or Preox, which is made of polyacrylonitrile fiber as raw material through high-temperature thermal stabilization treatment. The pre-oxidized fiber has high flame retardancy. The limiting oxygen index is greater than 40%.  It has excellent thermal stability, the fiber does not melt, does not soften and shrink, and has no dissolved droplets during combustion. It is a quasi-non-combustible product.

The full name of para-aramid fiber is "poly-paraphenylene terephthalamide" (PPTA) fiber, which is an organic compound synthesized from terephthaloyl chloride and p-phenylenediamine. It has good flame retardancy and the limiting oxygen index is above 29.
