Pre-oxidized PAN yarn fire-resistant gloves are the outer layer of fire-resistant gloves woven with pre-oxidized PAN spun yarn from pre-oxidzed PAN fiber (panox, preox ,ox). Pre-oxidized fiber is a high-performance fiber material made from polyacrylonitrile. Obtained through high temperature thermal stabilization treatment. Pre-oxidation is a heat treatment process that oxidizes polypropylene fibers at high temperatures to make them have higher thermal stability and strength. Pre-oxidized PAN fiber has excellent high temperature resistance and can withstand high temperature environments up to 350°C. Therefore, it is widely used in materials that require high temperature resistance in aerospace, automobiles, ships and other fields. In addition, pre-oxidized PAN fiber also has the advantages of low specific gravity, low thermal expansion coefficient, and good chemical stability. The inner layer of the fire-resistant gloves is made of cotton yarn, which gives people a comfortable and skin-friendly feeling after wearing it. We have printed silicone on the outer layer, and its main function is to prevent slipping.
