Description

What is carbon kevlar hybrid fabric? 

Carbon fiber kevlar hybrid fabric is woven from carbon fiber and aramid fiber. It has the impact resistance, high strength, rigidity and tensile strength of composite materials. Carbon fiber Kevlar hybrids combine the best of these two amazing materials to create a super material. Carbon fiber provides high strength and stiffness, while kevlar is well resistant to impact and breakage. The coloring of Kevlar also adds a unique aesthetic to all products. Blended fabrics have a wide range of applications, such as automotive engineering, motorcycles, fashion decoration, aircraft manufacturing, shipbuilding, sports equipment, electronic products, etc.

The carbon filament  in carbon fiber aramid hybrid fabric usually uses 3K and 6K carbon fiber filaments. According to the customer's use, we choose various types of carbon fiber, including T300, T700, T800, M30, M35, M40, T1000, high-strength type, high-strength medium mold, high-strength high mold, the carbon fiber filaments we use include many well-known domestic brands and well-known imported brands, such as: Janpan's Toray and TEIJIN, Mitsubishi Chemical, the United States'Hexcel and ZOLTEK, South Korea's HYOSUNG, Turkey's AKSACA, Belgium's CYTEC SOLVAY GROUP, Germany's SGL. The para-aramid filaments we use include well-known domestic brands and well-known imported brands, such as:  the United States' DUPONT, Janpan's  TEIJIN,  russian Kamenskvolokno, the specifications are usually 1000D and 1500D.
